Dining (Member) listings in alphebetical

Many resorts and lodges, as well as outfitters, provide meals,
often prepared by their in house chef. Or in the case of trail
rides, by the wranglers. Most operators will indicate on their
web sites whether they provide meals and many will also indicate
whether liqour is available on their premises.
There are also restaurants in the various regions ranging
from good down home cooking and hospitality to exquisite gourmet
dining and premium service.
Elegant dining can be found at the Eagle's Nest Resort in
their licensed Crystal Dining room overlooking Anahim Lake.
Lit by crystal chandeliers, surrounded by magnificent views,
you can partake of breakfast, lunch and dinner or reserve
ahead for an afternoon high tea. Everything from their bread
to European pastries are made on the premises and you will
absolutely delight in the specialty soups and divine desserts.

For resort guests - If you would like a change from cooking,
hearty ranch style meals are served in the licensed Corral
Dining Room at Escott Bay Resort overlooking Anahim Lake and
the magnificent mountain view beyond. Hospitality plus, the
owners of Escott Bay are pleased to bring you good wholesome
fare, home baked goods and warm fireside chats where you can
meet new friends, join in a lively jam session with your host
on guitar, or listen to the stories that abound about this

Graham Inn located in Tatla Lake has a long and rich history
behind it. The heritage home was built in the 1920's and was
considered one of the grandest buildings in the Chilcotin
at the time. It has served good food to weary travelers of
the Chilcotin Highway for many years. The rich aroma of fresh
baked goods will draw you into the restaurant where you can
view the spectacular panorama of the Coast Mountains and watch
Trumpeter Swans, Geese, and ducks paddle by. Aside from the
main restaurant, Graham Inn also has a very elegant private

As you reach the Tatlayoko Valley floor, you probably can
already catch the aroma of fresh homemade baking. Follow the
sign: Skinner Creek Farms. Here you will find a delightful
little cottage, offering, something to eat, to wear and somethings
for your home. From Bistro, lunches are served Tuesday – Saturday,
10 - 4, and dinners on Friday (Pizza/ Pasta), Smorg on Saturday.

The Dean on Nimpo has licensed dining at their Pilot's Bar
and Grill, dedicated to Nimpo Lake's reputation as the Floatplane
Capital of BC. A modern dining room offering gourmet appetizers,
lunch and dinner overlooks Nimpo Lake and the Coast Mountain
Range and a large protected patio for outdoor dining. The
lounge itself is the original part of the lodge with aged
logs, bear rugs on the wall and lots of history and a view
from floor to ceiling windows. Warm, cozy, and a great place
to lounge with a drink in evenings, or just check out all
of the airplane pictures! Open May to September only. The
